Seminars & Events Refund Policy

Refunds for seminars and other events will be granted on the following basis:

• A full refund will be given if cancellation is received at least 5 business days prior to the first day of the event
• A partial refund will be given if cancellation is received less than 5 business days prior to the first day of the event. The refund will be the amount paid by the registrant less a $15.00 processing fee and any applicable fees for contracted catering and/or hospitality services.
• No refund will be given as of the first day of the event

Product Returns & Exchanges

PetStylist.com and its parent company Pam Lauritzen & Co. will accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date with the following restrictions:

• Printed materials must be returned in their original condition
• Unopened videos may be returned for a full refund or an exchange
• Opened videos will only be exchanged for the same item
• Shipping and handling will only be refunded in the case of damaged/defective goods. Damaged/defective items must be returned. Upon receipt of damaged/defective items a full credit will be issued or replacement item will be sent at no additional charge.
