• Printed materials must be returned in their original condition
• Unopened videos/CDs may be returned for a full refund or an exchange
• Opened videos/CDs will only be exchanged for the same item
• Shipping and handling will only be refunded in the case of damaged/defective goods. Damaged/defective items must be returned. Upon receipt of damaged/defective items a full credit will be issued or replacement item will be sent at no additional charge
