How do I begin ISCC Certification?

First:	Join ISCC! You must be a member to participate in our practical skills and written examinations. Visit our ISCC page to join on-line!

Then:	Contact ISCC's office to obtain certification guidelines, information and a list of ISCC approved test sites and proctors. Visit our Contact Us page to email or fax your request.

Where can I take my written & practical skills tests?

Written and practical skills examinations are scheduled and administered at all ISCC seminars, workshops, clinics, symposiums and at any major show where ISCC has a booth. For a complete listing of where we will be, visit our Events page.

Additionally, written examinations may be taken in your city through a local Proctor service. Proctors can be anyone that has completed their certification process and is approved by ISCC to administer tests or an individual who has no affiliation with the pet styling industry nor you or your salon (i.e. librarians, teachers, veterinarians, etc.).

ISCC is the only organization within the industry to offer Proctor services for written examinations. We have found this method of testing not only saves travel time and expense, but also expedites the written examination process.
