Specialist
Petcare 100 Program |
The DermaTech
Specialist certification program is designed for individuals wishing
to specialize and certify in animal management and skin & coat care
programs. It is also the first step to becoming an ISCC Certified
Master Pet Stylist. It encompasses the understanding of animal behavior
and handling techniques, skin and hair anatomy, topical conditioning
of canine/feline coats, basic canine anatomy, health & first aid,
ectoparasites & insecticides, basic canine terminology & breed ID
and coat characteristics.

help you study and prepare for the extensive written examinations
offered in this program.

Awards
and Certificates
A
certificate of completion is awarded upon successfully passing each
exam. Individuals who complete all ISCC Petcare 100 written and
practical skills examinations with a grade of 70% or higher will
be certified by ISCC as possessing the skills required of a Petcare
DermaTech Specialist and will be awarded the title of such.
